Service Scheduling
Scheduled work is weather-dependent and may be delayed for safety or equipment reasons. We do our best to:

• Communicate any changes promptly

Cancellations
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations.
Emergency cancellations (e.g., due to weather or illness) will be handled fairly.

Liability
We carry proper insurance for all tree and lawn services. While we take every precaution to protect property and surroundings, Rick’s Lawn & Tree Service is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Conditions outside of our control
